This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use the EVASION store, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
EVASION is a demonstration storefront. The text below shows the structure of a compliant privacy notice; the company details are placeholders.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is EVASION (placeholder legal entity), reachable at privacy@evasion.example. For any data-protection question, write to that address.
2. What we collect and why
- Order data (name, shipping address, email, phone): to process and deliver your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Account and contact messages: to answer your requests. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in supporting customers.
- Marketing email (only if you opt in): to send product news. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable anytime.
- Analytics (only if you consent): aggregated, anonymous usage measurement. Legal basis: your consent.
3. Cookies and tracking
We load only strictly necessary cookies until you choose. Non-essential scripts, including analytics, run only after you accept them in the consent banner. Details in our cookie policy.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with processors that help us run the store (shipping carrier, payment processor, email and hosting providers), bound by data-processing agreements. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Order data is kept for the period required by tax and commercial law (in Italy, typically 10 years). Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise a right, email privacy@evasion.example.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
7. International transfers & security
Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your data.
