Terms of sale

These terms govern your purchase from the EVASION store. This is a demonstration storefront; the clauses below illustrate a standard structure.

1. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor.

3. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive. See our returns page for how to do it.

4. Legal guarantee & warranty

Goods benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. In addition, EVASION offers a commercial warranty of 5 years on bottles and 2 years on accessories against manufacturing defects.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our products are outdoor equipment, not safety-rated climbing protection; use them accordingly.

6. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. As a consumer you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence are unaffected.
